When will my order ship?
Our orders are processed during the weekday, and generally are ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days. We do not ship on weekends.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes, are products are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. No animals were harmed in the making of any of our products.
Are your products skin safe and allergy friendly?
Yes, our products are skin safe and allergy friendly. We try to avoid any products that may contain nuts due to nut allergies. Please check the description for a list of ingredients before making your purchase.
What if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order, there are a couple of steps to follow. First check your tracking number and that it in fact has been delivered to the correct address by the carrier. Also check for any additional comments or information. If in fact the package has been delivered to the correct address but you do not have the package, please contact us (email@example.com) and our company will then contact the postal carrier immediately. Our company will then contact the carrier scheduled to deliver your package and have them open an investigation. Our company will then need to file a claim with our insurance, so that we can get the package back out to you as soon as possible. The second package will require a signature, so someone will need to be home and available.
Do you offer wholesale/bulk?
Yes, it would be our pleasure to offer bulk and wholesale products for your business needs, please contact us through our contact page or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow us 48 business hours to respond to your wholesale inquiry.
What if I need to return an item I purchased?
All items that are damaged and need to be returned, will need to be shipped back to us within 10 days. After we have received the item, we will issue a store credit. We can not resale any of our bath and beauty products for health and sanitary reasons, but for inventory and defect purposes we have to account for every item. Once we receive the return we will issue a "one-time" store credit, and only if the product is damaged.
